With single-stream recycling, there’s no need to sort your recyclables—simply place all accepted paper, cardboard, plastic containers, aluminum, and steel cans together in your recycling cart. To help keep the recycling process efficient and reduce contamination, only approved recyclable materials should be placed in your recycling cart. Items that are not accepted for recycling should be disposed of in your regular trash container. We also offer recycling services for larger commercial needs, like our 30-yard enclosed recycling box. In January 2017 the Lincoln City Council passed an ordinance that bans corrugated cardboard from the City of Lincoln Landfill effective April 1, 2018.
Quick Dump Refuse offers single-stream, curb-side Recycling Services in Waverly, with collection on Thursdays. (See Residential section for holidays that may affect Recycling collection). Our monthly Recycling Services fee includes a 96-gallon wheeled tote for transport of the accepted items listed. Items not accepted should be placed in the trash. Quick Dump Refuse currently provides curbside recycling for residents in Ashland, Greenwood and Waverly with collection every Thursday.
Cass County Refuse currently offers curbside recycling for residents in Manley per the city contract, every other Wednesday.

Your monthly recycling service includes one 68-gallon wheeled recycling cart, making it easy to collect and transport recyclables to the curb.

- Paper, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, and junk mail
- Cardboard and paperboard (clean and dry)
- Aluminum and steel cans
- Plastic bottles and containers labeled #1–#5

Yes. All food and beverage containers should be emptied and rinsed before being placed in your recycling cart.

- Food waste or greasy pizza boxes

Yes. Place shredded paper inside a paper bag before putting it in your recycling cart to prevent it from scattering during collection.

Non-accepted items can contaminate an entire load of recyclables, making them unsuitable for processing. When in doubt, throw it out or contact us with questions.

Yes. If a major holiday falls on a Monday through Thursday, your Thursday recycling collection will be delayed until Friday.
