ADS RECYCLING

Ashland Disposal Service is currently offering single-stream, curb-side Recycling Services in Ashland, and Greenwood, with collection on Thursdays. Our monthly Recycling Services fee includes a 68-gallon wheeled tote for transport of the accepted items listed. Items not accepted should be placed in the trash.

HOLIDAYS

We will be closed on the following holidays. When these holidays land on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday we will pick up recycling on Friday.

  • Shredded paper (put in plastic bag to minimize potential blow-away)

*Cardboard with food stains cannot be recycled.

  • Aluminum bottles (such as alcoholic beverages)

  • Plastics #1-5, including:
  • Plastic toiletry bottles (conditioner, shampoo, lotion)
  • Plastic cleaning bottles (detergent, cleaning solution, soap dispensers)
  • Empty pill and medicine bottles (Please place INSIDE larger recyclable bottles.)
  • Mouthwash bottles
  • Spray bottles
  • Plastic food containers (butter, ice cream, salad dressing, yogurt, juice)
  • Cat litter bucket
